This Privacy Policy applies to the YourMeal mobile application ("Application"), provided by KOMETO ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided "as is" and may contain advertising.

- Pages visited within the Application
- Date, time and duration of usage
- Operating system of your device
The Application does not collect precise location data.
3. Personal Data
To improve user experience, the Service Provider may request personal information such as age, gender, height or weight. This data is stored securely and used only as described in this policy.
4. Health Data
This app reads the following health data from your device via Health Connect: steps, distance traveled, and active calories. The data is processed exclusively locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers, stored, or shared with third parties.
Purpose of Processing: The health data is used to display an overview of your daily activity within the app.
Permissions: The app explicitly asks for your permission before accessing health data. You can revoke these permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or Google Health Connect app.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These include:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
Only anonymized and aggregated data is shared for analytics and app improvement purposes.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting kontakt@kometo.de.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. No personal data is knowingly collected from children.
8. Security
The Service Provider uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
